How to Connect CallRail to CaseRescue.ai
Follow these steps to connect your CallRail account so CaseRescue.ai can automatically analyze your call recordings.

STEP 1
Get Your CallRail API Key
- ›Log in to your CallRail account
- ›Click on Integrations in the left sidebar
- ›Click on Data Access, then API Keys
- ›Click Create New API V3 Key
- ›Copy the key immediately — it's only visible for 15 minutes after creation
- ›Save the key somewhere safe (like a note or password manager). You'll paste it into CaseRescue.ai in the next step.
Keep your API key private. Treat it like a password. Do not share it with anyone outside of the CaseRescue.ai settings page.
STEP 2
Connect in CaseRescue.ai
- ›Go to app.caserescue.ai and log in
- ›Click on Settings in the sidebar
- ›Scroll down to find the CallRail card
- ›Paste your API key and click Connect
CaseRescue.ai will automatically verify your key, detect your account, and set up the connection.
STEP 3
Select Companies to Monitor
- ›After connecting, you'll see a list of your CallRail companies
- ›Check the boxes next to the companies you want CaseRescue.ai to monitor
- ›Click Save
🎉You're all set! CaseRescue.ai will now automatically analyze calls from your selected companies. CallRail sends call data after each call ends (there may be a delay of up to 20 minutes for the recording and transcript to be attached).
// Good to Know
- ›Only calls 3 minutes or longer are analyzed for compliance and sales performance. Shorter calls are logged but skipped.
- ›Calls in Spanish are automatically translated to English.
- ›If your CallRail account has Conversational Intelligence (transcription), CaseRescue.ai will use that transcript. If not, CaseRescue.ai will transcribe the recording automatically.
- ›You can change which companies are monitored at any time in Settings.
- ›Your API key does not expire. You only need to set this up once.
// Troubleshooting
I can't find the API Keys page
Make sure you're logged in as an Admin. Go to: Integrations → Data Access → API Keys.
"Invalid API key" error
CallRail API keys are only visible for 15 minutes after creation. If you lost it, create a new one and try again.
My calls aren't showing up
Make sure you selected the correct companies to monitor in Settings. CallRail can take up to 20 minutes to attach the recording after a call ends, and only calls 3 minutes or longer are analyzed.
I want to stop the integration
Go to Settings in CaseRescue.ai and click Disconnect on the CallRail card. You can also delete the API key in your CallRail account under Integrations → Data Access → API Keys.
