How to Connect RingCentral to CaseRescue.ai

Follow these steps to connect your RingCentral account so CaseRescue.ai can automatically analyze your call recordings.

STEP 1

Log in to CaseRescue.ai

Go to app.caserescue.ai and sign in with your account.

STEP 2

Go to Settings

Click Settings in the sidebar.

STEP 3

Connect RingCentral

  • Scroll down to find the RingCentral card
  • Click Connect RingCentral
  • You'll be redirected to RingCentral's login page
  • Sign in with your RingCentral admin account
  • Authorize CaseRescue.ai to access your account
You'll be redirected back to CaseRescue.ai and should see a green "Connected" badge.
STEP 4

Select Extensions to Monitor

  • You'll see a list of all extensions in your RingCentral account
  • Check the boxes next to the extensions you want CaseRescue.ai to monitor
  • Click Save
🎉You're all set! CaseRescue.ai will now automatically analyze calls from your selected extensions within minutes of each call ending.

// Good to Know

  • Only calls 3 minutes or longer are analyzed. Shorter calls are logged but skipped.
  • Calls in Spanish are automatically translated to English.
  • You can change which extensions are monitored at any time in Settings.

// Troubleshooting

The Connect button isn't working

Make sure you're signed in to CaseRescue.ai and have admin access to your workspace.

I don't see my extensions after connecting

Try refreshing the page. If the issue persists, disconnect and reconnect RingCentral.

My calls aren't showing up

Make sure the extension is selected for monitoring in Settings. Only calls from monitored extensions are analyzed.
